Frequently Asked Questions
Because what I offer can feel somewhat nebulous, I thought I would take the time to answer the common questions I get about the Sacred Threshold technique, how I work, and how my coaching style can work for you.
Of course, if something isn't covered here, just shoot me a note, and I'll answer your question from there.

Let's Get Into It...
What exactly is “Sacred Threshold” coaching?
It’s the work you do when you’re no longer who you were… but not fully who you’re becoming yet. This is the messy middle. The identity shift. The place where we stop performing and start telling the truth.
Who is this actually for?
Women, Transwomen, and nonbinary folks who are done pretending they’re fine. People who have done the programs, read the books, maybe even coached others—but know there’s still something deeper calling them forward and they aren’t sure how to go about getting there.
Is this life coaching, health coaching, or something else?
Yes, and also no. I blend mindset, behavior change, nervous system awareness, and real-life strategy. But nothing is cookie-cutter. Everything is built for you, based on your life, your capacity, and your truth. My sessions are tailored to your individual needs – no “done for me” packages here.
What makes this different from other coaching programs?
I don’t hand you a template and wish you luck. I pay attention. I listen between the lines. I challenge you when you’re hiding and support you when you’re unraveling. This is tailored, intuitive, and deeply personal work.
Will you hold me accountable?
Absolutely. But not in a rigid, shame-based way. We’re not doing punishment here—we’re doing supportive accountability. You’ll be expected to show up, but we’ll also get honest about what’s actually getting in your way. I believe systems fail people; people don’t fail systems.
What if I’ve already “failed” at other programs?
Good. That means you’re not the problem—the approach was. We’ll build something sustainable for your life, not force you into someone else’s system.
Do you only work on health goals like weight loss or habits?
No. We work on your whole life: health, identity, relationships, purpose, business, boundaries. Because none of those things exist in isolation. The way we do one thing is the way we do everything.
Is this going to be uncomfortable?
Yes. Growth always is. But there’s a difference between unsafe and uncomfortable. This space is grounded, supportive, and real...so you can stretch without shutting down. You can try out new ideas and identities in safety in the Threshold.
What if I’m overwhelmed and inconsistent right now?
Then you’re exactly who this is for. We don’t wait until life calms down; we build stability inside the chaos.
Are you going to tell me what to do?
I’d rather help you figure out what you are called to do, what you already know you want to do. I’d rather help you learn to trust yourself again so you’re not dependent on anyone else to make decisions about your life.
How personalized is this, really?
Completely. No templates. No pre-written plans. No recycled advice. Your coaching is built around your patterns, your goals, your energy, and your reality.
What kind of results can I expect?
Clarity. Consistency. Self-trust. Follow-through. And real, visible change in how you live your life—not just how you think about it. One caveat – you get out of it what you put into it!
What if I’m scared to start?
That’s usually a sign you’re standing at the exact threshold you’re meant to cross.
How do I know if I’m ready?
You don’t need perfect confidence; you need willingness. If something in you is saying, “this matters,” that’s enough. If your shoulders relax, if you breathe in deeply, if your jaw unclenches – even for a moment – you’re in the right place.
Why should I choose you?
Because I don’t see you as a problem to fix. I see you as a person in transition, and I know how to walk with you through it without letting you disappear from your own life again because I have walked through some shit – Narcissistic abuse. Health drama. Trauma resolution therapy. An amazing relationship. Career shift. A huge adventure in midlife. I see myself as a guide. I am the person who walks out of my house with a lantern, and it’s my honor to guide you.
