Welcome to Amatista Reiki!
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that channels universal life energy to bring the body and mind back into balance. Through visualization and intention, Reiki promotes relaxation, better sleep, mental clarity, and openness to new possibilities.
As both a Kundalini and Usui Reiki Master, I bring over twenty years of practice shaped by study, faith, and lived experience. My journey began when I first received Reiki from two volunteers at a nonprofit I led—an encounter that not only brought me deep peace but, after years of infertility, opened the path to motherhood. Since then, Reiki has remained a cornerstone of my healing and growth.
“Amatista,” the Spanish word for amethyst, reflects my birthstone, my favorite color, and the spark of inspiration I received while traveling in Ecuador.
Here, it represents a space of calm and transformation, where I will not only accompany you across thresholds of change, but also show you how to move through them with strength and grace.

Reiki Services
During your virtual Reiki session, you may sit or lie down in a comfortable, quiet space—either on or off camera. Energy flows regardless of distance, so you’ll simply relax while I channel Reiki to support balance, calm, and healing.
